A public EOI is not a confidential channel
Send only a short business description. Do not send trade secrets, KYC documents, financial models, ownership documents, health data or credentials. Submitting an EOI alone creates no NDA or confidentiality obligation.
Controlled disclosure
After review, Behric determines whether a secure portal, exact access scope and legally approved NDA are required. Access is tied to a person, case, purpose and expiry.
Minimum necessary disclosure
A partner sees only a manually approved summary or brief. A project owner does not see internal scores, confidential comments or other partner identities. A professional contributor sees only the assigned task.
Misdirected data
If you sent sensitive data through a public channel by mistake, notify the privacy or security contact immediately without resending the document itself.
