1. Scope
The website provides information about Behric’s process for developing, reviewing and connecting projects, business partners, trade needs and professional contributors. By using it, you accept the approved version of these terms where acceptance is expressly requested.
2. What Behric is not
- not a public investment platform, crowdfunding service, bank, fund, exchange or payment system;
- does not receive, hold or transfer capital through the website;
- does not provide public investment, tax, legal or Sharia advice;
- does not guarantee funding, an introduction, transaction, return or outcome.
3. An EOI is not an LOI
Submitting an EOI creates no offer, acceptance, Letter of Intent, contract, exclusivity, mandate, investment obligation or duty for Behric to continue the case. Any formal relationship requires a separate review, authority and document.
4. Sender responsibilities
- you must be at least 18 and authorised to provide the business contact;
- provide accurate and proportionate initial information;
- do not send identity, financial, health, biometric or other confidential documents through the public form;
- do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious content, or another person’s data without a basis.
5. Information and external sources
Public content is general and may change after review. Market data and external links provide a source or context; Behric does not control the availability or accuracy of a third-party site.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Content, structure and marks may be protected. Reasonable viewing and sharing of a public link is permitted. Unauthorised database copying, circumvention, automated overloading, impersonation or presenting content as Behric investment advice is prohibited.
7. Availability, changes and suspension
We may limit or suspend access for security, maintenance, legal requirements or abuse. A material change receives a new version. The governing law and jurisdiction are identified with the approved version.
