Data and purposes
We use this data to issue least-privilege access, display approved content, communicate, secure and audit the service, and meet legal duties.
- identity and verified business contact;
- membership, role, exact case, permissions and expiry;
- sign-in, security setting, last activity and revocation;
- case views and denied access attempts;
- the exact accepted legal-text version.
Role-based visibility
A project owner sees only their own case and user-facing status. A partner sees only a manually assigned current opportunity. A Talent Club member sees only an approved task and allowed information. Internal scores, other partners, other projects and confidential analysis remain hidden.
Security records and retention
Technical identifiers, HMAC hashes of IP address and user agent, and access events are retained under the approved security and legal schedule. Live tokens and passwords are not copied into audit logs. Revocation increments the account security version and terminates existing sessions.
