1. Personal invitation and scope
There is no public portal registration. An invitation is tied to a verified email, exact approved role, case, permissions and expiry. You must not transfer it or attempt to open another case by changing an address.
2. Account security
- use a unique password and approved multi-factor protection;
- do not share a password, activation link or session;
- report suspected compromise or incorrect access immediately;
- sign out on a shared device and do not circumvent controls.
3. Confidentiality and permitted use
Content may be used only for the approved purpose and subject to an NDA or other duty where applicable. Do not copy, photograph, forward or repurpose data without written approval. A watermark or download restriction is not permission to redistribute.
4. No investment through the portal
A project, opportunity, task or status is not an investment recommendation, offer, guarantee or order. The portal does not receive funds, sell interests or execute transactions.
5. Logging and revocation
For security and accountability, sign-ins, views, access attempts, decisions and the accepted legal version are logged without copying unnecessary confidential content into logs. Behric may immediately restrict or revoke access for expiry, a changed basis, security, legal requirements or breach of these rules.
6. Legal version
Activation records the exact version, language, content hash, time and linked membership. A material change creates a new version and, where required, new acceptance. Governing law and jurisdiction are displayed with the approved version.
